Thank you for choosing Krishitantra for your soil technology needs. We strive to provide the best service possible and stand behind our products. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for our Soil Testing as a Service (STAAS) and SAAS offerings.
- Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are eligible within 3 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request.
- Reasons for Refund:
Refunds may be considered for the following reasons:
Technical issues that prevent the proper use of the service.
Service downtime or disruptions beyond acceptable levels.
Any misrepresentation or discrepancy in the features as compared to the product description.
- Refund Process:
Customers must submit a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org within the eligible time frame.
The request should include a detailed explanation of the issue and any supporting documentation.
Krishitantra will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
- Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or, if not feasible, an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
- Non-Refundable Items:
Certain circumstances and items are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
Services used beyond the eligible refund period.
Customization or integration work performed by Krishitantra.
Any violation of the terms of service.
- Service Termination:
Upon a refund, Subscribed tests for which refund is claimed will be unsubscribed from Krishitantra system and the customer must cease all use of the service.
- Changes to Refund Policy:
Krishitantra reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or by a notice on our website.
